Waste Valve twist lever: Mostly used by dishwashing team in commercial Kitchens. Twist lever waste Drain valves are popular in commercial and large kitchens. You may open and close the in-built ball lock assembly at wish using the twist lever that extends below the sink.
Rotate the lever and close the valve to fill the sink with water. You can then soak your dishes or equipment parts in water or a soap solution also. Then open back the valve to drain the water.

This waste valve is universally suitable for commercial pot sinks with a 3 1/2″ hole opening.
